Here are the key differences between our "Phone-Only" plans and our "Everything Protected" plan:
- "Phone-Only" plans cover just your 1 phone.
- "Everything Protected" plans cover 1 phone PLUS up to 25 additional items.
The "Everything Protected" plan allows you to select, add, and protect one (1) phone + any 25 of your eligible belongings. You can swap items in and out of your plan whenever you'd like!

Electronics: Laptops, Tablets, Smartwatches, Headphones, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Drones, Smart Home Devices
Personal Items: Jewelry, Eyewear, Musical Instruments, Sports Equipment, Power Tools
Filing a claim is simple:
- Log in to your Member Dashboard
- Click "File a Claim"
- Describe the damage and upload photos
- Choose repair or replacement
- Get your device fixed or receive payout
Most claims are processed within 24-48 hours.
Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your plan at any time through your Member Dashboard or by contacting support. Your coverage will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Repair: If your device can be repaired, we'll send you to one of thousands of local repair locations or provide a mail-in option. Service fees start at $29 for cracked screens.
Replacement: If your device can't be repaired, you'll receive a payout via PayPal or virtual card for the value of your device (up to your plan limit).
There is a 30-day waiting period for mechanical breakdown claims only. Accidental damage claims can be filed immediately after registration. This waiting period helps keep premiums low for everyone.
After purchasing a plan, log in to your Member Dashboard. From there, click "Add Device" and follow the prompts:
- Enter your device make, model, and serial number (or IMEI for phones).
- Upload 2-3 clear photos showing all sides of the device and the screen powered on.
- Confirm and submit. Your device is protected once registration is approved.
Registration is typically approved within minutes.
If your device is stolen, file a claim through your Member Dashboard and provide:
- A copy of the police report
- The date and location of the theft
- Any additional details that may help with the claim
Theft claims are available on select plans. Once approved, you'll receive a payout via PayPal or virtual card for the value of the device up to your plan's single claim limit.
Absolutely! You can add, remove, or swap devices at any time through your Member Dashboard. Simply click "Add Device," complete the registration process, and the new device will be covered immediately (subject to the standard 30-day waiting period for mechanical breakdown claims).
The number of devices you can register depends on your plan tier.
Repair times vary by device type and damage:
- Phone screen repairs: Often same-day at a local repair shop.
- Other phone repairs: 1-3 business days.
- Laptop and other devices: 3-7 business days, depending on parts availability.
- Mail-in repairs: 5-10 business days including shipping.
If a repair isn't possible, you'll receive a payout instead, typically within 24-48 hours of claim approval.
No problem! Simply log in to your Member Dashboard, remove your old device, and register your new phone. There is no additional fee for swapping devices, and your plan continues uninterrupted.
The new device will be subject to the standard 30-day waiting period for mechanical breakdown claims, but accidental damage coverage begins immediately upon registration.
Yes! We cover both new and used/refurbished devices. It doesn't matter where you purchased them. As long as the device is in working condition at the time of registration (confirmed by the photos you upload), it's eligible for coverage.
Pre-existing damage visible in your registration photos will not be covered. That's why it's important to register devices promptly while they're still in good condition.
