Switching to iLife Bumble? Here's how to cancel your existing coverage.
Cancel AppleCare
By Phone: Call Apple support. You'll need your AppleCare agreement number, device serial number, and original sales receipt.
Online: Visit your Apple ID account settings, find your AppleCare plan under Subscriptions, and cancel from there.
If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you'll receive a full refund minus the value of any service already provided.
Cancel AT&T Protection
Online: Log in at att.com → My Wireless → Manage Device & Features → Select your device → Manage features → Remove protection → Continue
By Phone: Call 1-800-331-0500. Say "Cancel my mobile insurance plan" when prompted.
Cancel Verizon Protection
Online: Log in at verizonwireless.com → My Plan & Services → Manage Products & Apps → Remove Total Mobile Protection → Decline Equipment Protection

Here are the key differences between our "Phone-Only" plans and our "Everything Protected" AKKO Plan:
- "Phone-Only" plans cover just your 1 phone
- "Everything Protected" AKKO plans cover 1 phone PLUS 25 additional items
The "Everything Protected" AKKO allows you to select, add, and protect one (1) phone + any 25 of your eligible belongings into your AKKO account. You can swap items in and out of your AKKO plan whenever you'd like!

Filing a claim is simple:
- Log in to your Member Dashboard
- Click "File a Claim"
- Describe the damage and upload photos
- Choose repair or replacement
- Get your device fixed or receive payout
Most claims are processed within 24-48 hours.
Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your plan at any time through your Member Dashboard or by contacting support. Your coverage will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Repair: If your device can be repaired, we'll send you to one of thousands of local repair locations or provide a mail-in option. Service fees start at $29 for cracked screens.
Replacement: If your device can't be repaired, you'll receive a payout via PayPal or virtual card for the value of your device (up to your plan limit).
There is a 30-day waiting period for mechanical breakdown claims only. Accidental damage claims can be filed immediately after registration. This waiting period helps keep premiums low for everyone.
