The Claims Process
Follow these simple steps to get your device repaired or replaced.
Log Into Your AKKO Account
You received login details in your welcome email after purchasing a plan. Visit the AKKO member portal to get started.
Select Your Device & Describe the Issue
Choose the affected device from your registered list and provide a brief description of what happened. Upload photos of the damage for faster processing.
AKKO Reviews Your Claim
AKKO's team will review your claim, typically within 24-48 hours. You'll be notified of the outcome via email.
Get Your Device Repaired or Replaced
Once approved, AKKO will connect you with a local repair shop, provide a mail-in option, or issue a payout via PayPal or virtual card.
You'll need the login credentials from your AKKO welcome email.
